It started with buying infill lots from private sellers across Maricopa County, and connecting with builders all around The Valley. When the first skip trace list came back, it was a spreadsheet that was only 211 rows tall, but 346 columns wide. Google Sheets wasn't going to survive it.
The CRMs on the market couldn't do exactly what was needed without being painfully expensive, requiring major setup overhead, or leaving out something critical. Most were a combination of all three.
I decided to build exactly what I needed. In the process, my workflow was so streamlined that I realized this would probably help others, too. Parcel CRM grew from there.
